Client Education

For more than a decade we have regularly delivered newsletters to clients informing them of recent or impending changes to the law which may affect them.

With the increasing use of technology we are now attempting to better profile our clients and target specific education to those for whom it is relevant.

For example: This targeted marketing enables our specialist Retirement Villages team to send letters and newsletters only to our clients who own or manage a retirement village rather than sending such mail to our entire client list.

Our other specialised teams do similar things and we see this as an important use of technology to make sure that we do not send information to our clients that they do not want to receive.

The legal education of our clients is important to us. Having clients who are better legally educated is extremely advantageous as it means that when we discuss a legal problem with them we can more quickly focus on the real issues instead of being required to start an education process for them from the beginning.

Such clients are also more likely to recognise when they really do need our help resulting in more fences at the top of the cliff rather than ambulances at the bottom - and this makes everyone more successful!
