Lauren works closely with David Fitchett & Craig Graham to make up the People & Culture piece at Cavell Leitch.

Lauren has a focus on building a supportive and high-performing culture and collaborates with the firm's leaders to ensure our talent remains engaged, motivated and aligns with our strategic objectives. From talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and professional development, Lauren supports the team to create great outcomes for our clients.

Since joining the firm, Lauren has made significant contributions to our performance culture and wellbeing projects. Lauren helped build our employee development program, introduced our new HR system for performance reviews, created new policies and rebranded our onboarding process amongst other initiatives. Lauren stays up-to-date with employment law, workplace trends and initiatives to ensure we provide the best employee experience.
