Sophie Macfarlane
Property - Solicitor
Sophie is a solicitor in our property team. She assists on a variety of matters, including residential conveyancing, rural property, and commercial property transactions such as leasing and financing.
With a particular interest in rural property and agribusiness, Sophie brings unique insight from her upbringing on a sheep and beef farm in North Canterbury. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through sports and running, as well as spending time with friends.
With a practical approach and a passion for the fast pace of property law, Sophie is skilled in building strong relationships with her clients. Her recent work includes assisting clients through a complex farm purchase, advising on multi-unit residential developments, and handling general conveyancing matters and reverse mortgages.
