Alice Roberts

Vienna specialises in Immigration Law and develops a sound working knowledge of Immigration law, regulations and policies. She excels at understanding her clients’ needs and developing practical immigration strategies. In particular, she understands that immigration matters can be confusing, stressful and scary; therefore, she is here to listen to your needs, simplify the process, and deliver pragmatic advice. In addition, Vienna is able to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Furthermore, Vienna has extensive experience in dealing with complex visa applications, special direction requests to the Minister and appeals at the Immigration and Protection Tribunal. She also has a proven track record for a high success rate for appeals in the Tribunal.

“It is better to solve one problem five different ways than to solve five problems one way.” ― George Pólya
Therefore, I am here to do the right thing and find a better way.

During her spare time, Vienna enjoys cooking, baking as well as travelling to explore and learn about different cultures.
