Zachary Pentecost

Zachary holds a double degree from the University of Canterbury and has extensive experience as the lead employment lawyer at a mid-sized law firm and in full-service employment and health and safety consulting.

As part of our Disputes Resolution team, Zachary offers practical solutions and comprehensive employment services for both employers and employees. His expertise covers disputes, grievances, mediations, Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court matters, restructuring, disciplinary and performance issues, as well as training and documentation.

Outside of his professional commitments, Zachary is deeply involved in the sports community. He is the Commissioner of American Football Canterbury and has been a dedicated board member for over a decade. Additionally, he volunteers his time at Community Law Canterbury.
