Lorna's "people" role is to implement and manage the systems that guarantee the growth, development and happiness of our people as they set about their daily task of delivering brilliant legal advice to our clients.
Her "service" role is to ensure that our firm's leading reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction is maintained and enhanced through innovation and her dedicated focus on improving client service even further.
Before joining the talented team at Cavell Leitch, Lorna spent the last 12 years working as a people & business management specialist, covering human resource management and organisational development advisory & consultancy roles in New Zealand and the international finance sector of the Isle of Man. Prior to this she spent 10 years as an IT and workplace learning and development professional in local government and the manufacturing industry in the UK, which built on 6 years working as a management accountant and auditor in the energy industry.
