Resource Management Team
My husband and I approached Cavell Leitch to help us fight a resource consent application that would impact greatly on not only our lifestyle but our neighbours as well. We had a meeting with Mike within a few days of contacting the firm and during that meeting it became patently obvious to us that they had the expertise and resources to fight this application for us. This took such a weight off our shoulders.
Mike kept in regular touch with us and we felt we could bounce ideas off him but at the same time we were guided as to what was appropriate and what wasn’t. Throughout the whole process we felt listened to and treated with respect and empathy as it was a very emotional time for us. Ultimately the applicant withdrew their application and from reading the councils report it was obvious that our concerns had been taken into account.
For anyone who needs guidance, assistance, and representation with RMA issues we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cavell Leitch. You can be sure that you will be treated with the utmost respect and dignity.
