Qualifications

LLB (Canterbury)

Duncan is primarily a Senior Solicitor in the property team at Cavell Leitch, with his areas of expertise including residential property, commercial property, construction contracts, leasing and property financing. He also helps our clients with their Trusts, Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Duncan graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2020 and joined the team in 2021. He has a passion for property and trust law and enjoys being able to assist clients with a wide variety of matters in these areas.
